CLEVELAND — Officials say a 55-year-old man has been found dead following a fire in Cleveland's Mount Pleasant neighborhood Tuesday evening. According to the Cleveland Division of Fire, crews arrived at the 3200 block of East 123rd Street and found smoke billowing from the second floor of a house. The victim was found on that second floor and taken outside, but paramedics determined that he was dead. The victim's name has not been released.
