CLEVELAND, Ohio - After a run of cooler weather, get ready for things to heat up.

The National Weather Service’s forecast for Wednesday calls for highs to reach the low 80s under sunny skies. Light breezes are expected throughout the day with winds picking up slightly later in the day. Overnight lows will dip back into the mid 60s. Thursday will be even warmer with mostly sunny skies and highs in the mid 80s.

Shower and thunderstorm chances return Thursday night with lows around 66 degrees. Friday gears up for the weekend with a slight chance for additional storms and highs in the upper 70s.
