CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Amid the manic rides, the roller coasters and the lines of Cedar Point, a few camels decided to step out and go for a stroll Tuesday night.

Videos circulating online show the animals left their enclosures at the Sandusky amusement park’s petting zoon on Frontier Trail. They walked and even ran along the midway path near visitors.

One video online shows a camel jumping near guests and running around.

“No, this is not good,” a spectator said on the video.

Cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer reached out to Cedar Point for more information, including the well-being of the animals and how they escaped.

According to WKYC, no visitors were injured.

Tony Clark, a spokesman for the park, told the Cleveland station: “The camels decided to take an unplanned stroll just outside their home at The Barnyard (our ‘petting zoo’ area on the Frontier Trail) but were quickly returned. We’re looking into how they made it to the midway.”
