The firm will be partnered with Christy Evans of Evans Management LLC, who deals with property management. Mary Jo Edgerton, a long-time real estate associate, has joined the new firm. Averette made the announcement on social media.

In addition to starting his own firm, Averette has formed a partnership with Christy Evans of Evans Management LLC, who deals with property management.
Mary Jo Edgerton, long-time real estate associate has joined the new firm according to Averette.
“We have a wealth of experience at the new firm and we are here to serve you in all of your real estate needs,” Averette said.
