One teenager dead following shooting in Mayfield Heights

According to the Mayfield Heights Police Department, a… Phillip Longino Jr., 16, of Cleveland died after suffering a gunshot wound outside of Raising Cane's in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on Dec. 28 after a physical altercation involving several other juveniles. Longino was transported to Hillcrest Hospital where he was pronounced dead. A 14-year-old male from South Euclid and an 18-year old male from Cleveland have been detained in connection with the incident. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation is assisting in the investigation.
