CLEVELAND, Ohio — A lone ticket sold in New Jersey matched the winning numbers from Tuesday’s Mega Millions drawing and is worth more than $1 billion.

Meanwhile, a ticket sold in Ohio matched five numbers without the Mega Ball and is worth $1 million. Information on where the ticket was sold has not been released yet.

The Tuesday, March 26, 2024, numbers are 7-11-22-29-38 Mega Ball 4 Megaplier 2x. The jackpot was the fifth-largest in the lottery’s history.

The winner has the option of taking a lump-sum payment of $537.5 million before taxes or 30 payments over 29 years. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 302,575,350.

Thirteen tickets, including the one in Ohio, matched the five white balls and are worth $1 million. A ticket sold in New York also matched the Megaplier number and is worth $2 million.

The Mega Millions jackpot now reverts to $20 million for the drawing on Saturday, March 30.

The Wednesday, March 27 Powerball jackpot is an estimated $865 million.
