Alcohol suspected in Stark Country fatal motorcycle crash: Sheriff

A 37-year-old man died in a motorcycle crash Saturday night where investigators say alcohol may have been involved. A 37-year-old man, Christopher Robinson, died in a motorcycle crash in Stark County, Ohio, where investigators believe alcohol may have been involved in the accident. The motorcycle accident occurred on I-77 in Plain Township at 1038 p.m. Robinson, identified as Robinson of Akron, rear-ended a pickup truck and was thrown off the motorcycle after falling into it. He was transported to Aultman Hospital with serious injuries, while the pickup truck driver sustained no injuries. STARK COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - A 37-year-old man died in a motorcycle crash Saturday night where investigators say alcohol may have been involved.

Stark County Sheriff George T. Maier says the rider, identified as Christopher Robinson of Akron, rear-ended a pickup truck and got thrown off of the motorcycle while driving on I-77 in Plain Township at 10:38 p.m.

Maier says EMS transported Robinson to Aultman Hospital where he died from his injuries, while the driver of the pickup truck sustained no injuries.
