The event will also feature live music and entertainment, with customers being able to win signed items and merchandise. The restaurant is known for its signature items, including Sam's cheesesteak, the Southpaw with the hot crushed Cheetos, the corn beef egg rolls, regular, curly and loaded fries, and signature cheesecakes and milkshakes.

The grand opening for the fast-casual restaurant at 2115 South Taylor Road will take place on Thursday, April 4, at 11:30 a.m.
During the grand opening, fans will be able to meet Cleveland Browns QB Watson, who is an investor in Lefty's Cheesesteaks.
Other athletes and celebrity guests are expected to attend the event, which will include live music and entertainment. In addition, customers will have the opportunity to win signed items and merchandise.
"I'm extremely excited and so is Deshaun for us to expand into the backyard of where the company was founded in the state of Michigan," said Lefty's founder and CEO Sam Berry. "And it makes great sense seeing as we're expanding the correct way with market research and logistics with our food supply vendor Miceli and Oldfield as our partners in this business venture."
Lefty's has multiple locations across the country, but the University Heights location is the first in Ohio. However, Berry says that he expects many more locations to open in Ohio.
The restaurant is known for many signature items including Sam's cheesesteak, the Southpaw with the hot crushed Cheetos on the top, the freshly rolled cheesesteaks and corn beef egg rolls, regular, curly and loaded fries as well as signature cheesecakes and milkshakes.
